To open a 2JL account, you need to meet the following requirements:

- Account limit: One account per person. Each individual is allowed to open only one account. If we find multiple accounts, all of them will be closed.

2JL may turn down any registration request for any reason, and there is no need to explain why. For KYC (Know Your Customer) checks, we may ask for a copy of your national ID or passport.
These betting rules cover every wager placed on 2JL.
- After your bet is confirmed, there's no changing or cancelling it, unless 2JL offers a "Cash Out" feature for that particular market.
- Live betting odds move in real time. The odds locked in the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
- When a match gets cancelled or pushed back, your wager is usually refunded, but some events may have their own special rules.
- If a technical glitch prevents your bet from going through, 2JL has the right to nullify it.
- You won't be able to place any bets if your account balance isn't enough to cover the stake.
- Arbitrage betting—backing multiple outcomes of the same game to lock in a profit—is not allowed under any circumstances.
2JL keeps an eye on unusual betting patterns and may look into anything suspicious. While we're investigating, your account might be temporarily paused.

- You can only withdraw funds using the same payment method and account name that were used for your original deposit.
- Before your first cash-out, you are required to complete KYC verification.
- The minimum amount you can withdraw is ₱500. Your daily withdrawal cap depends on your account level.
- Any withdrawal requests that look unusual may be reviewed as part of our anti-money laundering procedures.
At 2JL, our bonuses and promos are designed to give you extra value, but you need to meet certain conditions before they can be activated.
- Welcome Bonus: The welcome bonus is a one-time offer exclusively for new members. To activate it, you must make a first deposit of at least ₱500.
- Wagering Requirement: You can request a withdrawal only after wagering five times the bonus amount. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱5,000 in total bets.
- Bonus Validity: Every bonus comes with its own expiry period. If you do not use the bonus before that period ends, it will be forfeited.
- Promotion Eligibility: Each promotion allows only one participation per person.
- Bonus Abuse: If you use multiple accounts or false information to take advantage of bonuses, all your bonuses and winnings will be cancelled.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 2JL. Anyone who violates these rules will have their account permanently closed:
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Using funds obtained through money laundering or any other illegal means.
- Involvement in match fixing or artificially influencing the outcome of any event.
- Using software, bots, or automation tools to exploit the betting system.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
- Harassing other members or engaging in any form of harmful behavior toward them.
- Pretending to be a 2JL staff member or giving false information about who you are.
2JL may suspend or close an account, either temporarily or permanently, for any of the following reasons:
- When a user breaches any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- When KYC verification turns up false or incomplete details.
- When an account remains inactive for more than twelve (12) months.
- When required to do so by a court or legal authority.
- When the account holder asks for closure through self-exclusion.
Before closing an account, 2JL normally sends a notice by email or SMS. However, if a serious violation has been committed, immediate action may be taken without any prior warning.
If you think your account was closed by mistake, reach out to our support team. We will review all complaints within 7 business days.
